Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten und setzen technische Projekte um.
- Sie planen Kosten und Zeit in Projekten und übernehmen das Projektreporting sowie die Dokumentation.
- Sie leiten mehrere Projekte parallel.
- Sie unterstützen bei ungeplanten Maschinenstillständen (Troubleshooting).
- Sie unterstützen die Instandhaltung bei der Durchführung von Root Cause Analysen.
- Sie validieren und dokumentieren Ergebnisse.
- Sie erstellen Ausschreibungen.
- Sie bewerten technische und wirtschaftliche Angebote.
- Sie priorisieren und koordinieren technische Ressourcen in der jeweiligen Fachabteilung.
- Sie erstellen Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management.
- Sie betreiben Technologiescouting und identifizieren sowie bewerten neue Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in vergleichbaren Fachbereichen
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine Affinität für technische Prozesse
- Sie besitzen Wissen im Bereich Maschinensicherheit und optional Explosionsschutz
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und selbstständig und sind kommunikations- sowie teamfähig
- Sie bauen interne und externe Netzwerke auf und pflegen diese
- Sie arbeiten ergebnisorientiert und proaktiv, sind organisationsfähig und durchsetzungsstark
- Sie bringen Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfähigkeit mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
