Produktmanager für Elektronikkomponenten (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die strategische Planung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios in den Bereichen Kondensatoren, Widerstände und frequenzgebende Bauteile und identifizieren Markttrends sowie neue Technologien
- Sie führen Marktanalysen zur Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen und Optimierungspotenzialen durch und beobachten die Wettbewerber und ihre Produkte
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zusammen und unterstützen Kund:innen technisch bei der Auswahl geeigneter Bauteile, sowie kommunizieren direkt mit den Entwicklungsabteilungen der Kund:innen
- Sie bauen Beziehungen zu bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten auf und pflegen diese, verhandeln Preise, Lieferkonditionen und Rahmenverträge
- Sie entwickeln und pflegen Produktdokumentationen, Kataloge und Präsentationen und unterstützen das Marketing bei der Erstellung von Werbematerialien
- Sie führen Schulungen für das Vertriebsteam durch, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeitenden über die neuesten Produktinformationen und technischen Entwicklungen informiert sind, und fördern den internen Wissensaustausch über relevante Bauteile und Technologien

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie besitzen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement mit technischem Hintergrund
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Sie haben Kenntnisse der Elektronik Distribution
- Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Kund:innen- und Serviceorientierung
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer:in, kommunikationsstark, offen und ehrlich
- Sie verfügen über Verhandlungsgeschick, sind organisiert und arbeiten umsatzorientiert
