Personalentwickler für Weiterbildung und Entwicklung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Führungskräfte dabei, die Qualifikationsbedarfe aller Mitarbeitenden in der Dortmunder Hauptverwaltung sowie auf den Betriebsstellen im In- und Ausland zu analysieren und einen Schulungsplan zu entwickeln
- Du bist nach erfolgreicher Erstellung für die Planung und Organisation individueller Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen sowie für das Nachhalten der Lernerfolge zuständig
- Du arbeitest mit langjährigen Seminarpartnern zusammen und bist im Bedarfsfall offen für die Ansprache und die Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Anbietern
- Du stellst sicher, dass bestehende Personalentwicklungsinstrumente wie z.B. Mitarbeitergespräche oder DISC-Analysen weiterhin alle Mitarbeitenden erreicht und initiierst weitere zielgruppengerechte Entwicklungsprogramme
- Du stehst Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden rund um das Thema Personalentwicklung mit Rat und Tat zur Seite

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Personalwesen oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal, die dich für diese Tätigkeit qualifiziert
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, speziell in der Personalentwicklung, mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
