Als Mitarbeiter im Marketing (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Koordination, Umsetzung und Organisation verschiedener Marketingprojekte. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, den F&E-Ingenieuren sowie dem Vertriebsteam sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Produkte und Veranstaltungen erfolgreich präsentiert werden.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie koordinieren und setzen Marketingprojekte um, indem Sie mit Fachbereichen, Ingenieur:innen und der Geschäftsführung abstimmen
- Sie gestalten und aktualisieren Printprodukte (z. B. Bedienungsanleitungen, Datenblätter, Produktbegleitzettel) im Einklang mit unserer Corporate Identity
- Sie planen und führen Kampagnen zur Seminar- und Produktbewerbung durch
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Marketingstrategien um, indem Sie Maßnahmen für verschiedene Kanäle (Print, Video, Homepage, Internetplattformen, Direktmarketing) konzipieren und umsetzen
- Sie arbeiten mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleister:innen zusammen
- Sie organisieren die Veröffentlichung von mehreren Fachartikeln pro Jahr und erstellen sowie versenden monatliche Newsletter an Distributoren und Kund:innen
- Sie organisieren Veranstaltungen, planen und begleiten ggf. Messen, Kongresse und Tagungen
- Sie bereiten die Präsentation der Firma und Produkte auf Veranstaltungen vor und nach
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung und -zufriedenheit um

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben breite Berufserfahrung im Marketing, insbesondere in den Bereichen Print, Messe und Projektmanagement
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen und Printmaterialien
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Mediengestaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie besitzen eine Hands-on-Mentalität, Kreativität und Organisationstalent
- Sie sind teamfähig und haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen
- Sie sind bereit zu gelegentlichen Reisen, z. B. für Messe- und Veranstaltungsbesuche, und verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
