Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst kreative Ideen für integrierte und digitale Projekte
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen strategisch und konzeptionell mit Blick auf deren Entwicklungspotenziale
- Du stellst ein gemeinsames Verständnis der Projektziele und Wege dorthin sicher – Creative Briefings sind dein Werkzeug
- Du leitest interdisziplinäre Teams aus UX, IT und Content sowie externen Dienstleister:innen bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss
- Du koordinierst und betreust Online-Kampagnen und Digital-Projekte: Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen, Kalkulation, Budgetierung, Kostenkontrolle und Timing-Management
- Du erstellst, analysierst und optimierst Kampagnen mit Google Ads und gängigen Social Media Marketing-Tools

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 1 bis 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einer Werbeagentur
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in neue Projekte einzuarbeiten und den Überblick zu behalten
- Du trittst souverän auf und hast ausgezeichnete Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse und Verständnis der verschiedenen Kommunikationskanäle (online/offline) und Expertise in gängigen Online-Marketing-Bereichen (Display-, Affiliate-, SEO-, Influencer- und Performance-Marketing)
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Digitalkonzepten und Social Media Campaigning und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office sowie Kenntnisse in WordPress und Figma
- Außerdem nutzt du KI-Tools gezielt, um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten und deine Arbeit zu optimieren
- Du hast idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in UX, UI, Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaktionsdesign, Nutzerführung und Usability und begeisterst dich für Online-Marketing mit dem Wunsch, ständig dazuzulernen
- Du denkst konstruktiv und handelst lösungsorientiert und behältst in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und gute Laune

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
