Du stellst hochpräzise Werkstücke an CNC-Drehmaschinen mit Fanuc-Steuerung her, liest und analysierst technische Zeichnungen, richtest die Maschinen ein und optimierst CNC-Programme. Zudem überwachst du den Fertigungsprozess, verbesserst die Effizienz und führst sorgfältige Qualitätskontrollen durch.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst hochpräzise Werkstücke an CNC-Drehmaschinen mit Fanuc-Steuerung her
- Du liest und wertest technische Unterlagen und Zeichnungen aus
- Du richtest CNC-Drehmaschinen ein und modifizierst CNC-Programme
- Du überwachst den Fertigungsprozess
- Du gestaltest und verbesserst den CNC-Prozess hinsichtlich Fertigungs- und Kostenoptimierung
- Du führst Qualitätskontrollen anhand von Mess- und Prüfvorgaben durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf, zum Beispiel als CNC-Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC-Drehmaschinen
- Erfahrung mit mindestens 3-Achs-Maschinen ist wichtig, unabhängig davon, ob die Steuerung Heidenhain, Siemens oder eine andere ist
- Du gehst routiniert mit Messmitteln um
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig und eigenständig
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
