Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst eigenverantwortlich Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in enger Abstimmung mit den Anforderungen des Bauherrn
- Du planst Anlagen der Kostengruppen 410, 420, 430, 470 und 480 (DIN 276)
- Du koordinierst Schnittstellen zu Fremdgewerken
- Du erstellst strukturiert Leistungsverzeichnisse und funktionale Leistungsbeschreibungen
- Du wirkst bei der Vergabe und Abrechnung der Projekte mit
- Du überwachst die Ausführung auf der Baustelle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Versorgungstechnik oder Gebäudeklimatik
- Alternativ hast du eine Technikerausbildung abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens 1 Jahr wertvolle Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Industrie- und Gewerbeprojekten mit und deckst dabei alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI ab
- Du kannst die VOB sicher anwenden
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig, mit effektivem Einsatz gängiger Planungssoftware
- Du trittst kommunikativ und überzeugend auf, bist teamfähig und hast eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) runden dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
