Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung im Wertpapier- und Depotgeschäft, entweder in projekt- oder in linienbezogenen Funktionen, insbesondere in den Bereichen: Wertpapierabwicklung, Compliance, Reporting, Steuern mit Schwerpunkt Altersvorsorge
- Du verfügst über hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Gap-Analysen und der Überführung der Ergebnisse in umsetzungsnahe Anforderungen und Fachkonzepte
- Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit Transformationsprojekten und in der Anwendung gängiger Projektmanagementmethoden (klassisch, agil, hybrid)
- Du besitzt Kompetenz in der Führung von Teams und der Koordination komplexer Aufgaben, wie z.B. umfangreicher Testabläufe
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Gremienunterlagen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
