Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust ein Personalcontrolling auf und optimierst die Prozesse rund um die Personalkostenplanung
- Du setzt aktiv die Forecast-Berechnungen sowie den Jahresabschluss um und führst Ad-hoc-Auswertungen durch
- Du analysierst Personaldaten, ermittelst Kennzahlen und erstellst Berichte als strategische Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management
- Du implementierst ein effektives Reporting-System, überwachst KPIs und leitest Optimierungspotenziale ab
- Du arbeitest konstruktiv mit dem Bereich Finance & Controlling, den HR-Business-Partner:innen und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal bzw. Controlling oder ein Studium mit Bezug zum relevanten Themengebiet
- Du verfügst über stark ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Datenanalyse, gehst sicher mit Zahlen um und hast Freude daran, Daten in aussagekräftige Berichte umzuwandeln
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen sowie der Implementierung neuer Strukturen
- Du bist fähig, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären und Stakeholder auf verschiedenen Ebenen zu überzeugen
- Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit und bist motiviert, Veränderungen voranzutreiben
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und SAP (HCM und BW)
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
