Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Leitung der Elektromontage/-werkstatt mit derzeit 8 Mitarbeitenden, wobei Sie ca. 50% der Zeit in der Teamleitung und 50% in der Mitarbeit tätig sind
- Sie erkennen und fördern Weiterentwicklungspotenziale
- Sie installieren und nehmen unsere Anlagen in Betrieb
- Sie analysieren und beheben Fehler und Störungen an elektrischen und elektronischen Anlagen
- Sie bauen Schaltschränke und Steuerungsanlagen auf und verdrahten die elektrischen Komponenten
- Sie beschriften und dokumentieren die Steuerungsanlagen und prüfen Anlagen, Maschinen und Betriebsmittel gemäß aktueller Normen und Richtlinien
- Sie führen gelegentliche Montagen bei Kund:innen durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich, bevorzugt als Elektriker:in oder Elektroniker:in, idealerweise mit einer Fortbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d)
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Schalt- und Stromlaufplänen und haben mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung mit Siemens S7-Steuerungen, TIA Portal und E-Plan
- Sie bringen mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Schaltschrankbau mit und sind sicher im Umgang mit dem PC sowie den MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sind flexibel, zuverlässig, engagiert und teamorientiert
- Sie haben Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten und bringen erste Führungserfahrung sowie Motivations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit mit
- Sie haben Freude daran, neue Wege zu gehen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
