Schwerpunkte der Tätigkeit sind u.a. die Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich der Montage und Onboarding neuer Monteure sowie die Erstellung von Handbüchern, Schulungsunterlagen und Arbeitsanweisungen. Weitere Aufgaben sind die Unterstützung der Qualitätsverbesserung und -kontrolle sowie die Fehleranalyse und -behebung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von erforderlichen Schulungsmaßnahmen in Theorie und Praxis für Mitarbeiter:innen und Kund:innen
- Du erstellst, passt an und aktualisierst laufend technische Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
- Du erstellst neue und überarbeitest bestehende Arbeitsanweisungen
- Du stellst einen gleichbleibend hohen Qualitätsstandard bei allen Montagetätigkeiten sicher
- Du führst stichprobenartige Qualitätskontrollen durch
- Du wirkst bei der Einführung eines Qualitätsmanagements für unser Unternehmen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder einen Meister-/Technikerabschluss in der Elektrotechnik, wie zum Beispiel als Elektrofachkraft und bringst mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, sowie im Bereich der Energieversorgung, mit
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Zählermontage und Trainingserfahrung
- AuS-Ausweis („Arbeiten unter Spannung“) ist wünschenswert, ansonsten übernimmt HAUSHELD die Schulungskosten
- Du kennst die Anforderungen an elektrische Messanlagen, insbesondere TAB
- Du zeigst Reisebereitschaft (10 % deiner Arbeitszeit)
- Du verfügst über gute rhetorische und didaktische Kompetenz und sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau
