ERP Anwendungsentwickler für Microsoft Systeme (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du passt das Abas ERP-System an, optimierst und entwickelst es entsprechend der betrieblichen Anforderungen weiter
- Du erstellst und pflegst Skripte, Reports und Schnittstellen im ERP-System
- Du setzt Unternehmensprozesse in Abas um und arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen zusammen
- Du unterstützt bei Rollouts und der Implementierung neuer Module oder Funktionen und analysierst sowie behebst Fehler im ERP-System
- Du betreust die Systemdokumentation und administrierst das Microsoft-365-Cloud-Ökosystem (z.B. SharePoint, Teams, Office, Telefonie, Defender, Intune) in Übereinstimmung mit den Zielen der Organisation
- Du unterstützt Anwender:innen bei Fragen und Problemen im Umgang mit den Apps und Funktionen der Microsoft 365 Suite und führst Backup und Restore des Microsoft-365-Tenants durch
- Du erstellst und pflegst Dokumentationen – sowohl für interne IT-Bedarfe als auch für Endanwender:innen und stimmst dich mit den Gremien der Mitbestimmung bei der Einführung und Konfiguration neuer Microsoft-365-Services ab
- Du kommunizierst mit Dienstleistern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in diesen Bereichen
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Betreuung eines ERP-Systems sowie in der Administration eines Microsoft-365-Tenants oder zumindest in der Administration einer Microsoft-On-Premises- / -Hybrid-Umgebung mit
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie z.B. abas-FOP, JavaScript, Python, SQL oder vergleichbaren Technologien und hast Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse und deren Abbildung im ERP-System
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Schnittstellenanbindung und Datenbankmanagement (z.B. REST-API, MariaDB, MSSQL) sowie mit Linux (Debian), KVM/qemu Virtualisierung, Bash + Bash-Scripten, OPNsense, Wireguard, SSH, restic, corsobackup, TCP/IP in v4 und v6, Postfix, rspamd
- Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und hast eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
- Du bist projekt-, kommunikations- und teamfähig, arbeitest selbstständig und hast eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift sowie gute fachbezogene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
