Was erwartet dich?
- Anpassung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des Abas ERP-Systems entsprechend der betrieblichen Anforderungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Skripten, Reports und Schnittstellen im ERP-System
- Umsetzung von Unternehmensprozessen in Abas
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen
- Unterstützung bei Rollouts und der Implementierung neuer Module oder Funktionen
- Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern im ERP-System sowie Betreuung der Systemdokumentation
- Administration des Microsoft-365-Cloud-Ökosystems (z.B. SharePoint, Teams, Office, Telefonie, Defender, Intune) in Übereinstimmung mit den Zielen der Organisation in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Zuverlässigkeit und Anwendbarkeit
- Support der Anwender*innen bei Fragen und Problemen im Umgang mit den Apps und Funktionen der Microsoft 365 Suite
- Backup und Restore des Microsoft-365-Tenants mittels geeigneter Tools
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen – sowohl für interne IT-Bedarfe als auch für Endanwender*innen
- Abstimmung mit den Gremien der Mitbestimmung bei der Einführung und Konfiguration neuer Microsoft-365-Services
- Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in diesen Bereichen
- Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Betreuung eines ERP-Systems
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Administration eines Microsoft-365-Tenants oder zumindest in der Administration einer Microsoft-On-Premises- / -Hybrid-Umgebung
- Gute Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie z.B. abas-FOP, JavaScript, Python, SQL oder vergleichbaren Technologien
- Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse und deren Abbildung im ERP-System
- Erfahrung mit Schnittstellenanbindung und Datenbankmanagement (z.B. REST-API, MariaDB, MSSQL)
- Erfahrung mit Linux (Debian), KVM/qemu Virtualisierung, Bash + Bash-Scripten, OPNsense, Wireguard, SSH, restic, corsobackup, TCP/IP in v4 und v6, Postfix, rspamd
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Projekt-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie hohe Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit.
- Strukturierte, prozessorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen.
- Gute Selbstorganisation und ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
