INUTEC Engineering & Management GmbH ist ein Ingenieurbüro mit dem Schwerpunkt Fachplanung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Zu unseren Auftraggebern gehören Automobilhersteller und -Zulieferer, Industriebetriebe vieler Branchen sowie öffentliche Einrichtungen. Für diese planen wir anspruchsvolle Industrie- und Wirtschaftsbauten,
Gebäude für die Forschung, Entwicklung und Lehre sowie Anlagen der industriellen Umwelttechnik.
Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption von Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in enger Abstimmung mit den Anforderungen des Bauherrn
- Planung von Anlagen der Kostengruppen 440 und 450 (DIN 276)
- Schnittstellenkoordination zu Fremdgewerken
- Strukturierte Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibungen
- Mitwirkung bei Vergabe und Abrechnung der Projekte
- Überwachung der Ausführung auf der Baustelle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Elektrotechnik oder alternativ eine adäquate Technikerausbildung
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrungen bei der Planung von Industrie- und Gewerbeprojekten über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI
- Sichere Anwendung der VOB
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit effektivem Einsatz gängiger Planungssoftware
- Kommunikatives und überzeugendes Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
