In der Rolle als Bauherrenvertreter:in (m/w/d) für Gebäudeautomation steuern Sie zukunftsweisende Projekte mit Fokus auf Qualität und Innovation. Sie verbinden fachliche Expertise mit strategischer Verantwortung zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Bauvorhaben.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten, überwachen und koordinieren die Bauleitung für Gebäudeautomation, um die ordnungsgemäße Umsetzung der Vorgaben aus Planung und Ausschreibung sicherzustellen
- Sie überprüfen Berichte und Fortschrittsmeldungen und geben diese frei
- Sie sichern die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsanforderungen durch die Bauleitung
- Sie stimmen sich mit anderen Gewerken und externen Partnern zur Integration der Gebäudeautomation ab
- Sie überwachen die Vorbereitungen für Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen und kontrollieren die Beseitigung von Mängeln
- Sie beraten den Bauherrn bei Entscheidungen und erarbeiten Handlungsempfehlungen
- Sie gewährleisten die Interessen des Bauherrn durch klare Kommunikation und Durchsetzungsstärke

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Weiterbildung in Gebäudeautomation, Elektrotechnik oder Versorgungstechnik
- Sie bringen mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in technischer Gebäudeausrüstung oder Gebäudeautomation mit
- Sie sind versiert in der Nutzung von Projektmanagement-Tools und im Umgang mit MS Office
- Sie besitzen Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie verfügen über Kommunikationsstärke und arbeiten gerne im Team eines dynamischen Umfelds
- Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
