Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten und organisieren operativ das Lager, einschließlich Wareneingang, Kommissionierung und Versand
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Lagerbestände und stellen eine reibungslose Logistik sicher
- Sie führen und motivieren ein kleines Team von Lagerkräften
- Sie optimieren die Lagerprozesse unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
- Sie erstellen und überwachen Arbeitspläne und arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Marketing und Logistik zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lagerverwaltung, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie zeigen Führungsstärke und Organisationsgeschick
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in Warenwirtschaftssystemen und MS Office und sind zuverlässig, eigeninitiativ und belastbar
- Sie besitzen idealerweise einen Staplerschein und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Flurförderfahrzeugen
- Sie haben gute Deutsch- (mind. B2-Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind.C1-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
