Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erarbeiten eigenständig eine systematisierte und kontinuierliche Servicestrategie zur Steigerung der Unternehmenspräsenz am Markt im Bereich Service und Instandhaltung
- Sie kommunizieren direkt mit Kund:innen, Lieferanten, Dienstanbietern und Kolleg:innen
- Sie planen effizient und zielführend Montagen, Inbetriebnahmen, Instandhaltungs- und Serviceprojekte
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte praktische Fähigkeiten und sind in der Lage, mehrere Projekte und Zeitpläne gleichzeitig zu händeln
- Sie haben Termine und Wiedervorlagen stets im Blick und wissen genau, wer, wann, worüber inhouse und extern zu informieren und einzuplanen ist
- Sie nutzen die technischen Möglichkeiten der Maschinendiagnose, 3D-Messtechnik, Schwingungsmessungen und Frequenzanalysen und bauen Ihr Wissen über die Papierindustrie und den Sondermaschinenbau sukzessive weiter aus

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Mechatronik, Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
- Sie haben idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen in der Bewertung und Analyse von komplexen Prozessen, Verfahren und Daten, insbesondere im Bereich Mess- und Analysetechnik, Planung von Montageeinsätzen und Servicetechnik
- Sie bringen technisches Verständnis mit und erarbeiten sich mit Begeisterung und Leidenschaft neue Themengebiete
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sind reisebereit
- Sie weisen ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsstärke auf
- Sie sind lösungsorientiert, strukturiert und organisiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
