Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist als QM-Beauftragte:r für die Durchführung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung der jährlichen IFS Zertifizierung und sämtlicher weiterer Kundenaudits oder Kontrollen verantwortlich
- Du bist im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement die Ansprechperson für Kund:innen- und Lieferant:innenanfragen und stehst insbesondere unseren Legebetrieben als Kontaktperson zur Verfügung
- Du planst und bewertest die Hygiene- und Produktkontrollen, pflegst die Stammdaten, erstellst Verträge, planst interne Schulungen und erstellst sowie dokumentierst Unterlagen für den Bereich Arbeitssicherheit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrung aus dem Qualitätsmanagement mit, idealerweise im Bereich Lebensmittel, aber auch ein branchenfremder Einstieg ist für uns denkbar
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit IFS Zertifizierungen
- Du kennst dich mit den gängigen Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandards und lebensmittelrechtlichen Bestimmungen aus oder bist bereit, dich in diese einzuarbeiten
- Du handelst mit Eigeninitiative und hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
