Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt umfassende Teststrategien und -konzepte um, um die Qualität von Transformationsprojekten sicherzustellen
- Du erstellst fundierte Testfälle und planst Tests, einschließlich der Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Testumgebungen und -daten
- Du übernimmst das Defect-Management und analysierst sowie priorisierst Fehler zur stetigen Qualitätssicherung
- Du bewertest fachliche Prozesse und Sachverhalte in der Finanzbranche basierend auf deiner einschlägigen Erfahrung
- Du koordinierst den Rollout von Testergebnissen und stellst sicher, dass geeignete Automatisierungstools wie TOSCA oder UFT eingesetzt werden
- Du leitest und koordinierst Testteams, führst effektives Stakeholder-Management durch und bereitest aussagekräftige Gremienunterlagen vor
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch und nutzt deine Sprachkenntnisse zur Erstellung von umfassenden Berichten und Präsentationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Testmanagement innerhalb der Finanzbranche
- Du erstellst fundierte Testfälle und planst Tests, wobei du Testumgebungen und -daten bereitstellst
- Du hast Erfahrung im Defect-Management
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Tools wie HP ALM, Quality Center und Jira X-Ray und bist mit Testautomatisierungstools vertraut
- Du managst Stakeholder und bereitest Gremienunterlagen auf
- Du leitest Testteams und koordinierst deren Aktivitäten
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau fließend in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
