Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und betreuen die Vertragsabwicklung
- Sie begleiten die Risikoanalyse und übernehmen die vollständige Kundenbetreuung
- Sie unterstützen bei der Schadensabwicklung und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe
- Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Haftpflicht
- Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie auch bereichsübergreifend und lernen dadurch verschiedene Aspekte unseres Unternehmens kennen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder ein begonnenes oder abgeschlossenes Jurastudium
- Sie zeigen Bereitschaft zur persönlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung auch branchenübergreifend
- Sie bringen idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Versicherungswesen mit
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Umgang mit EDV-Systemen und bringen eine Affinität für Zahlen mit.
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationstalent
- Sie arbeiten kundenorientiert und pflegen professionelle Umgangsformen
- Sie sind flexibel und offen für neue Herausforderungen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
