Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust eigene Strukturen auf und entwickelst neue Vertriebsstrategien, um nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Promotion und Mallflächen zu etablieren.
- Du setzt mitten in Berlin spannende Promotions um – von hochkarätigen Filmpremieren bis hin zu kreativen Videoinstallationen am zentralen Top-Standort BIKINI.
- Du identifizierst und sprichst potenzielle Werbekund:innen, Pop-Up-Stores und Eventpartner:innen gezielt an.
- Du baust ein starkes Netzwerk auf und pflegst langfristige Beziehungen zu Unternehmen, Werbeagenturen und Marken.
- Du betreust bestehende Mietpartner:innen und sicherst nachhaltige Kooperationen.
- Du entwickelst kreative Lösungen zur optimalen Nutzung der verfügbaren Flächen.
- Du präsentierst unsere Werbe- und Promotionflächen und zeigst deren vielseitige Einsatzmöglichkeiten auf.
- Du pflegst unsere Onlinedatenbank und verhandelst Miet- sowie Werbeverträge – inklusive Konditionen und Laufzeiten.
- Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Angebote und Vertragsunterlagen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Center Management und dem Leiter Specialty Leasing.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen – vom Center Management über das Marketing bis hin zu weiteren relevanten Abteilungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst Vertriebserfahrung mit – idealerweise in der Vermarktung von Werbe- und Promotionsflächen oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
- Du kennst die Abläufe und Zielgruppen von Mieter:innen und Werbepartner:innen in einem Shoppingcenter und verstehst ihre Anforderungen.
- Du begeisterst dich für die Dynamik der Handelswelt und hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends im Shopping-Bereich.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Werbemedien und -kanälen – von Digital Signage über Promotionsflächen bis hin zu Social Media – und weißt, wie man die Flächenauslastung optimiert.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und überzeugst mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie einem souveränen Auftreten.
- Du denkst kreativ und innovativ bei der Entwicklung neuer Vermarktungskonzepte und hast Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
