Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst und sprichst potenzielle Werbekund:innen, Pop-Up-Stores und Eventpartner:innen an
- Du baust ein Netzwerk zu Unternehmen, Werbeagenturen und Marken auf und pflegst es
- Du betreust bestehende Mietpartner:innen und stellst langfristige Kooperationen sicher
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zur Optimierung der Flächennutzung
- Du präsentierst die verfügbaren Werbe- und Promotionflächen sowie deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten
- Du betreust unsere Onlinedatenbank und verhandelst Miet- und Werbeverträge inklusive Konditionen und Laufzeiten
- Du erstellst Angebote und Vertragsunterlagen in Abstimmung mit dem Center Management und dem Leiter Specialty Leasing
- Du stimmst dich eng mit dem Center Management, der Marketingabteilung und anderen internen Organisationen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Vermarktung von Werbe- und Promotionsflächen oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Du verstehst die Abläufe, Zielgruppen und Anforderungen von Mieter:innen und Werbepartner:innen innerhalb eines Shoppingcenters
- Du bist begeistert von der Dynamik der Handelswelt und Trends im Shopping-Bereich
- Du hast Know-how im Einsatz verschiedener Werbemedien und -kanäle (z. B. Digital Signage, Promotionsflächen, Social Media) zur Optimierung der Flächenauslastung
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du bist kreativ und innovationsfähig bei der Entwicklung neuer Vermarktungskonzepte und hast Freude am Aufbau von langfristigen Partnerschaften

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
