- Kundenbetreuung: Sie sind verantwortlich für die umfassende Betreuung unserer Bestandskund:innen und pflegen nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Neukundengewinnung: Mit Ihrem ausgeprägten Vertriebstalent gewinnen Sie aktiv neue Kund:innen und bauen unser Kundennetzwerk kontinuierlich aus
- Technische Beratung: Sie beraten unsere Kund:innen vor Ort zu umfassenden technischen Produkten und erfassen präzise die notwendigen technischen Daten zur optimierten Lösungsfindung
- Angebotsmanagement: Sie sind versiert in der Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen und gewährleisten eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit
- Besuchsplanung und -durchführung: Sie planen, organisieren und führen Besuche bei unseren nationalen und internationalen Kund:innen durch und repräsentieren unser Unternehmen professionell
- Vertragsverhandlungen: Sie führen erfolgreiche Vertragsverhandlungen und berichten regelmäßig Ihre Aktivitäten und Ergebnisse an die Vertriebsleitung sowie die Geschäftsführung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder alternativ eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung im einschlägigen Bereich
- Sie verfügen über mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kabelkonfektion und/oder Schaltschrankbau oder alternativ den Vertrieb von technisch komplexen Produkten
- Idealerweise besitzen Sie Marktkenntnisse in der Bahntechnik
- Sie beherrschen die deutsche und englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift (C1)
- Sie sind hoch motiviert, leistungsbereit und verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit aus
- Sie treten sympathisch auf und sind sicher im Umgang mit Kund:innen
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein und die Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
