- Du bist innerhalb eines agilen Teams (Scrum) für die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung innovativer Anwendungen für Rehakliniken verantwortlich
- Du arbeitest in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld und bist für die eigenständige Entwicklung von robustem, strukturiertem, getestetem und wartbarem Code verantwortlich
- Du verfolgst Deine Erfolge in der Optimierung der bestehenden Lösung mithilfe von Jira und Confluence
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktmanagement und der Qualitätssicherung zusammen, um Deine Aufgaben zu erfüllen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), oder ein Studium im Bereich IT, z. B. Informatik, Computer Sciences oder Software-Engineering
- Du hast sehr gute Erfahrung mit Delphi, idealerweise mit Delphi 11
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du kommunizierst offen, denkst und handelst lösungsorientiert und hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
