Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Monatsabschlüsse und das Finanzreporting für mehrere unserer Tochtergesellschaften von TSS in Deutschland
- Du unterstützt bei der Prüfung der Unternehmen durch interne und externe Prüfer
- Du führst Geschäftsanalysen durch, um die Managemententscheidungen zu unterstützen und die Finanzkennzahlen zu verbessern
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Kolleg:innen der Tochtergesellschaften zusammen und stehst als Ansprechperson und Coach für diese zur Verfügung
- Du wirst bei unserem stetigen Wachstum durch Neuakquisitionen mit neuen Herausforderungen durch spannende unternehmensübergreifende Projekte konfrontiert

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich absolvierte kaufmännische oder steuerfachliche Ausbildung, gerne auch mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder ein entsprechendes Studium
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Bilanzbuchhaltung
- Der Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere mit Excel, bereitet dir keine Probleme
- Du kannst fließend auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift kommunizieren
- Du bist jemand mit hohen analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und überzeugend darstellen
- Du hast Lust, dich sowie die Finanz- und Controllingprozesse weiterzuentwickeln und dir fällt es leicht, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
