Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen den Senior Support Engineer bei der Implementierung vor Ort von Produktions-, Liefer- und Integrationsplänen
- Sie sind zuständig für den Systemaufbau (Hardware, Firmware, Software) und die operativen sowie technisch/logistischen Prozesse
- Sie dokumentieren Systemkomponenten, Projektmeilensteine, Lieferleistungen und Abnahmen bzw. Inspektionen
- Sie betreuen das System vor Ort über den Lebenszyklus im sogenannten In-Service Support (User Helpdesk, Inspektion/Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparaturen, Materialversorgung, Training)
- Sie halten Arbeiten am System (Prüfungen, Fehlerdiagnosen, Ausbau, Komponententausch, Systemchecks) in technischen Berichten fest
- Sie setzen vorbeugende und korrigierende Maßnahmen mit den Kund:innen gemäß Weisung des Senior Support Engineers um und sind ebenfalls als Material Manager:in (Materialsteuerung, Konfigurationskontrolle, Logistic Support Analysis) tätig

- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Technik / Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Betreuung von technischen Anlagen
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig sowie lösungsorientiert
- Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
