Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement, planst, steuerst und setzt Vertriebs- und Logistikprojekte um
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb, arbeitest mit Key-Account-Manager:innen zusammen und entwickelst neue Vertriebskanäle
- Du koordinierst die Logistik und optimierst die Warenflüsse von der Produktion bis zur Auslieferung an Kund:innen
- Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe und implementierst effiziente Logistik- und Vertriebsprozesse
- Du managst Schnittstellen und arbeitest eng mit internen Teams (Produktion, Marketing) und externen Partner:innen (Logistikdienstleister, Vertriebspartner:innen) zusammen
- Du erstellst Berichte und Analysen zu Projektfortschritten, Vertriebszahlen und logistischen KPIs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in Vertrieb und Logistik
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Logistikplanung und Prozessoptimierung
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen mit
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
