Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst Kund:innen und verkaufst aktiv hochwertige Schmuckwaren
- Du stellst eine stets hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sicher
- Du leitest die Filiale umsatz- und zielorientiert
- Du führst, entwickelst, koordinierst und organisierst das Filialteam
- Du kümmerst dich um Warendisposition, ordnungsgemäße Lagerhaltung, Inventuren und Tagesabschlüsse
- Du stimmst dich eng mit der Geschäftsleitung ab und arbeitest mit ihr zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel mit Führungsverantwortung mit, optimalerweise im Verkauf hochwertiger (Schmuck-) Waren
- Du beherrschst die aktuellen Verkaufstechniken
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich
- Du trittst professionell und souverän auf
- Du verfügst über hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise noch weitere Sprachkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
