  • Du führst und pflegst die Zeiterfassung sowie die Urlaubsplanung und -erfassung
  • Du prüfst und dokumentierst AU-Bescheinigungen
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Stellenanzeigen sowie Arbeitsverträge und Arbeitszeugnisse
  • Du pflegst das Personalmanagementsystem und betreust Bewerbungsprozesse
  • Du führst Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozesse für neue und scheidende Mitarbeitende durch
  • Du empfängst Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und Besucher:innen und betreust die Telefonzentrale
  • Du verwaltest die Post und bestellst Büromaterial, Mittagessen sowie Getränke für den Besprechungsraum
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Kaffeemaschine und Tee

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
