Sachbearbeiter für Montageplanung und Disposition (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der ausführungs- und termingerechten Montageplanung von Containergebäuden in Bezug auf die Montagereihenfolge, die auszuführenden Montagearbeiten, die Koordination der externen Fachdisziplinen (z.B. Blitzschutz etc.) und die Koordination der Baustelleneinrichtung inkl. Kranstellung, Gerüste, Absperrungen, Straßensperrungen usw.
- Du fertigst und verteilst schriftliche Montageaufträge
- Du erstellst wöchentlich die (Personal-) Kapazitätsplanung in Abstimmung mit Montage- und Betriebsleitung
- Du fertigst und stellst die Montagemappen inkl. aller für die reibungslose Montage benötigten Unterlagen bereit, wie Projektstammblatt, Ausführungspläne, Baubeschreibungen, Montageaufträge, Bauablauf- bzw. Zeitpläne, Montagecheckliste und Verladeliste
- Du erstellst und verteilst die Logistikunterlagen inkl. Verladeliste auf Basis der Montageplanung
- Du stellst die Unterbringung der Monteur:innen bei Montageeinsätzen über mehrere Tage sicher, inkl. Buchung von Unterkünften
- Du verarbeitest intern alle bei der Montage entstehenden Belege (Lieferscheine, Stundennachweise, Leistungsnachweise usw.)
- Du gleichst die Bautagesberichte aller internen und externen Monteur:innen auf Korrektheit und Vollständigkeit ab und stellst die unmittelbare Ablage in der jeweiligen Projektakte sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Disponent:in, im baulich-technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
- Du verfügst über gutes kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis sowie kostenbewusstes Denken und Handeln
- Du hast ein- oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in gleicher oder ähnlicher Tätigkeit
- Du besitzt gutes organisatorisches Geschick mit Verständnis für interne und externe Abhängigkeiten
- Du bist gesprächs- und verhandlungssicher mit extern en Geschäftspartner:innen
- Du hast die Fähigkeit zur kurzfristigen Improvisation und Lösungsfindung und bist mental belastbar auch in stressigen / hektischen Situationen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
