Senior Online Marketing Manager für Paid Social Media (m/f/d)
We seek a talented Paid Social Media Manager to join our dynamic online marketing team in Berlin. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving customer acquisition and engagement through expertly managed paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others. If you excel in creative testing, campaign optimization, and driving ROI in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, we’d love to have you on board to shape the future of our global advertising strategy for three direct-to-consumer brands in Europe and the US.
Your tasks
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and manage paid social campaigns that maximize reach, engagement, and ROAS across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative and performance-driven ad creatives; implement rigorous A/B testing to refine creative strategies for Social Media and YouTube.
- Collaboration with Organic Social: Work closely with the organic social media team to align on messaging, creative strategies, and testing approaches, ensuring consistent and impactful communication across paid and organic channels.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and proactively adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives to exceed key KPIs.
- Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest platform features, trends, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Audience Management: Leverage first-party data and platform tools to create hyper-targeted audiences and personalized campaigns.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all campaigns adhere to data protection and platform policies while managing potential risks effectively.

What should you bring along?
- You have over 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial performance goals in an agency or direct-to-consumer environment
- You have a strong ability to combine analytical insights with creative thinking to develop compelling, high-performing ads
- You possess advanced knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snap, and Pinterest), Google Analytics, and reporting tools like Looker Studio
- You have excellent communication skills with a knack for cross-functional collaboration, particularly with organic social teams, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders
- You have strong analytical skills and a sense of ownership, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- You are fluent in English, German or another European language is beneficial, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
