- Du übernimmst Führungs- und Planungsaufgaben und arbeitest aktiv im Bereich mit
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller Prozesse deines Bereiches sicher
- Du überwachst und hältst die Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards ein
- Du planst den Personaleinsatz in der Schicht und koordinierst nachhaltig bei Belastungsspitzen, Wartungs- oder Störungseinsätzen
- Du kümmerst dich um die schichtübergreifende Koordination der Einsätze für die VET-Produktion und sorgst für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Anlagenpflege

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Produktion oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Schichtkoordination oder in einer ähnlichen Position mit
- Du hast Lust auf die Weiter- und Neuentwicklung von Prozessen und bist eigenverantwortlich sowie einsatzbereit
- Du verfügst über ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis und hast Freude daran, mit Kolleg:innen aus anderen Bereichen Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Du bist ein guter Netzwerker und sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
