- Sie leiten die Schicht inkl. Personal- und Ressourcenplanung (ca. 12 Mitarbeiter:innen) in der Tagschicht oder Dauernachtschicht
- Sie führen, steuern und schulen die Mitarbeiter:innen fachlich, überwachen die Zeit und planen den Urlaub der Schicht
- Sie stellen die Serienproduktion sicher und überwachen diese
- Sie arbeiten schichtübergreifend zusammen und führen die Schichtübergabe durch
- Sie dokumentieren und informieren über Unregelmäßigkeiten der Prozessabläufe
- Sie stellen die Qualität und Quantität sicher und optimieren die Produktionsprozesse

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe (m/w/d) oder Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik
- Sie haben eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Meister:in oder Techniker:in abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung mit
- Sie zeigen hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und sind teamfähig

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
