Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung deines Teams, das aus Servicetechniker:innen und Kassierer:innen besteht
- Du organisierst, koordinierst und stellst die Tourenplanung der Techniker:innen und Kassierer:innen sicher, um eine ordnungsgemäße Erfüllung der Serviceleistungen zu garantieren (z.B. Kassierung, technische Störungen, Bestellwesen, etc.)
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Optimierung der Prozesse und Aufgaben im Team mit und bist wertvolle Unterstützung bei Umstrukturierungen und Veränderungen (neue Spielhallen, Updates, etc.)
- Du bist für deine Mitarbeiter:innen und für unsere Fach- und Führungskräfte vertrauensvolle:r Ansprechpartner:in
- Du bist neben den zuvor aufgeführten Verwaltungs- und Führungsaufgaben als Servicetechniker:in in den Spielhallen für die Reparatur, Instandhaltung, Änderung und Erweiterung von Geldspielgeräten verantwortlich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatenfachmann (Mechatronik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung, alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und lässt dich für den Bereich Technik begeistern
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung mit
- Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen um
- Du möchtest gerne Verantwortung übernehmen und überzeugst uns durch dein verbindliches und klares Auftreten
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und deine Organisationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
