Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum examinierten Altenpfleger oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) und eine Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichsleitung
- Sie haben alternativ ein entsprechendes Studium im Bereich Pflege abgeschlossen
- Sie verfügen über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sie besitzen soziale Kompetenz, sind belastbar und flexibel

Die Alten- und Pflegezentren wurden 1996 als Eigenbetrieb gegründet und 2005 in eine gemeinnützige Gesellschaft umgewandelt. Das Unternehmen entstand aus den Traditionseinrichtungen Altenzentrum Rodenbach und Kreisruheheim Gelnhausen – mit damals 247 Pflegeplätzen sowie etwa 250 Mitarbeitern und entwickelte sich bis heute (Stand 1.8.2024) mit 988 Pflegeplätzen, 77 Wohnungen und Appartements für Service- und Betreutes Wohnen und über 1.100 Mitarbeiter*innen zum größten kommunalen Anbieter stationärer Altenpflege in Hessen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
