- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung an Projekten mit strategisch höchster Relevanz für das Unternehmen
- Identifikation von Handlungsfeldern und Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen inkl. Ableitung und Implementierung möglicher Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung
- Aufbau und Begleitung von Marketing und Sales Aktivitäten bis hin zur Ansprache möglicher neuer Kunden

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Logistik
- 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im operativen / logistischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in eigenständigem abteilungsübergreifendem Projektmanagement und selbstständiger Umsetzung
- Affinität zum Mittelstand
- Den Willen Veränderungen proaktiv voranzutreiben, motivierende Persönlichkeit
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, gute Excelkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Fähigkeit, Strukturen und Prozesse zu durchdringen und einfach nachvollziehbar darzustellen
- Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
