Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:
- Der verantwortliche Experte für Controlling sein (Financial, Business, HR).
- Vor allem: Zahlen interpretieren und die Geschichte hinter den Tabellen finden, verstehen, erklären.
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen und ad-hoc Reportings sowie Abweichungs- und Finanz- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
- Konzeption und Durchführung des Budget-Prozesses, Erstellung Konzernbudget, Erstellung Mittelfristplanungen
- Kostenstellenrechnung und -reports Gruppe inkl. Verantwortung für Kostenstelle Controlling (Planung, Steuerung)
- Fachübergreifende Beratung und Unterstützung von internen Kunden (primär auf Arbeits- und Leitungsebenen)
- System Owner BI Applikation, Kontakt zum Softwareanbieter (SaaS)
- Mitarbeit bei der Jahresabschlussprüfung
- Sonderaufgaben im betriebswirtschaftlichen und Controlling-Kontext von Geschäftsführung oder Gesellschafter
- Zusammenarbeit unmittelbar mit der Geschäftsleitung an strategischen und operativen Projekten, auch bereichsübergreifend

Das bringen Sie mit:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie umfassende äquivalente Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen oder ein Hochschulstudium (Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaft)
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling einer Organisation mit mehr als 800 Mitarbeitern sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise in der Pflegebranche
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office Produkten (speziell Excel und Power Point), Kenntnisse von BI Applikationen und einer Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware sind vorteilhaft
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen einhergehend mit sehr hoher Eigeninitiative/-motivation
- Spaß an Veränderungen - Sie gestalten gerne Strukturen und Prozesse um und wollen daran mitarbeiten, das Unternehmen immer besser zu machen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
