Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Mandatsverantwortung der durch Dich betreuten Mandate, leitest Mitarbeitende an und bist direkte:r Ansprechpartner:in unserer Mandant:innen
- Du berätst unsere Mandant:innen in allen steuerlichen Fragen und findest immer die besten Lösungen
- Du koordinierst nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung Mandate, machst Reviews und bist Ansprechpartner:in für das Team
- Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen als Dein tägliches Geschäft
- Du reviewst und leitest die Erstellung von Finanzbuchhaltungen an
- Du überprüfst Steuerbescheide und bist bei Betriebsprüfungen ein:e verlässliche:r Partner:in

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen in der Tasche
- Du bringst mindestens 1-2 Jahre, idealerweise ca. 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung, idealerweise in einer mittelständischen Struktur, mit
- Du hast ausgeprägte DATEV Kenntnisse und Interesse an Digitalisierung und Automatisierung, bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, denkst analytisch und hast ein Auge fürs Detail
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, empathisch, kommunikationsstark und hast Spaß daran, mit Mandant:innen und Mitarbeitenden zu arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
