Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie gewinnen Neukund:innen und betreuen die Bestandskund:innen im Vertriebsgebiet Baden-Württemberg
- Sie bauen den Kundenstamm aus und festigen die Marke
- Sie sind die technische Ansprechperson im Zusammenspiel von Strahlmittel, Anwendungsfall, Werkstück und Strahlanlage
- Sie führen Preis- und Angebotsverhandlungen mit Angebotsnachverfolgung durch, unterstützt vom Innendienst
- Sie erstellen regelmäßige Analysen und Reports aus dem Gebiet
- Sie beobachten kontinuierlich den Markt und die Wettbewerber und ermitteln Potenziale
- Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen auf Messen und Veranstaltungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen Abschluss in einer metallverarbeitenden Berufsausbildung
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine Weiterbildung (Meister:in, Techniker:in, Studium) in den Fachrichtungen Elektro-/Automatisierungstechnik, Metallurgie, Gießerei, Werkstoff-/Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Sie besitzen einschlägige Vertriebserfahrung und technisches Verständnis für chemisch-metallurgische Produkte
- Sie beherrschen neben Deutsch (mind. C1) auch Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift (B2)
- Sie sind reisebereit im Vertriebsgebiet Baden-Württemberg und perspektivisch auch für Veränderungen innerhalb Deutschlands und im Ausland

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
