Buchhalter für Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest Geschäftsvorfälle, kommunizierst mit Steuerberatern und unterstützt fachlich deine Kolleg:innen
- Du verarbeitest Eingangsrechnungen, inklusive Kontierung und Zuordnung zu Kostenstellen und Kostenträgern, sowie Kassen, Barauslagen, Reisekosten und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
- Du prüfst formell Rechnungen und klärst notwendige Korrekturen mit internen und externen Ansprechpersonen
- Du stimmst die Sach- und Bilanzkonten sowie die kreditorische Offene-Posten-Liste ab
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
- Du unterstützt das Team bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du arbeitest teamorientiert, effizient, eigenverantwortlich und pragmatisch
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und bist idealerweise vertraut mit Kostenstellen und Kostenträgern
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse im Handels- und Steuerecht, insbesondere in der Umsatzsteuer (USt), und im europäischen Steuerrecht
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und selbstständig, zeigst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und hast Interesse an Prozessoptimierungen
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
