Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung einer Marketing-Automation durch, indem du Marketing-Automation auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Journey / Marketing einführst und optimierst
- Du baust automatisierte Workflows für Lead-Generierung und Lead-Nurturing sowie automatisierte Kommunikation auf und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter
- Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für die Integration weiterer Systeme, um Marketing- und Vertriebsprozesse zu digitalisieren
- Du erstellst Lead-Nurturing-Prozesse und entwickelst Strategien zur effektiven Generierung und Befüllung des Lead-Funnels
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, um eine nahtlose Übergabe qualifizierter Leads sicherzustellen
- Du konzipierst und optimierst Email-Kommunikation in Form von Newslettern und E-Mail-Kampagnen, entwickelst Content-Strategien, die Kund:innen individuell ansprechen und langfristig binden, und testest sowie optimierst E-Mail-Kampagnen hinsichtlich Öffnungs-, Klick- und Conversion-Raten
- Du automatisierst und digitalisierst manuelle Prozesse und integrierst neue Systeme zur Effizienzsteigerung im Marketing und Vertrieb
- Du stimmst dich mit IT und internen Teams ab, um eine nahtlose Anbindung von Schnittstellen sicherzustellen
- Du erstellst datenbasierte Kampagnen, monitorst und analysierst die Lead-Performance und leitest Maßnahmen zur Funnel-Optimierung ab
- Du erstellst Dashboards und Reportings, um den Erfolg der Maßnahmen messbar zu machen
- Du übernimmst die Projektverantwortung für Marketing-Automation-Projekte, von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung, und steuerst externe Dienstleister und Agenturen, inklusive Sicherstellung, dass Zeitpläne, Budgets und Ziele eingehalten werden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing-Automation, Lead-Management oder CRM-Systeme mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Journey / Marketing
- Du bist strategisch und analytisch stark, aber auch operativ versiert
- Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und hast Freude daran, Prozesse eigenständig zu gestalten
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und klare Kommunikation liegt dir im Blut

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
