Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d)
Unterstütze uns als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration dabei, dass die IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden optimal aufgebaut sind und sicher laufen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Second- und Third-Level-Betreuung der Kunden bei Störungsmeldungen via Ticketsystem
- Durchführung von Service- und Dienstleistungsaufträgen bei unseren Kunden und Partnern vor Ort
- Eigenverantwortliche technische Umsetzung von IT-Konzepten
- Überwachung und Störungsbehebung von Serverdiensten im Rahmen des eingesetzten Monitoring-Systems
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Soft- und Hardware
- Bei Interesse: Möglichkeit zur von Personalverantwortung im Bereich Technik und Ausbildung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem IT-Systemhausumfeld oder vergleichbaren Branchen
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von IT-Projekten
- Versierter Umgang mit verschiedenen Microsoft Betriebssystemen und Plattformen
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 inkl. Azure AD sind wünschenswert
- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. Level C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
