Altenpflegefachkraft in einer Pflegeeinrichtung für Ordensschwestern (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen die Pflege unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Bedürfnisse unserer Ordensschwestern durch
- Sie sorgen für eine umfassende pflegerische Versorgung und Betreuung der Bewohner*innen im Tag- und Nachtdienst
- Sie planen und führen die Grund- und Behandlungspflege selbständig durch
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Qualität der pflegerischen Versorgung unter Berücksichtigung moderner Pflegestandards
- Sie unterstützen und leiten bei der Aktivierung und Mobilisation unserer Bewohner an
- Sie führen die Pflegedokumentationen (digital) und arbeiten mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und anderen Fachkräften zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) (Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Pflegefachfrau bzw. Pflegefachmann oder gleichwertig anerkannte Ausbildung)
- Sie denken und arbeiten bewohnerorientiert und bringen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Engagement mit
- Sie sind gewissenhaft und belastbar und Ihnen sind Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Menschen wichtig
- Sie bringen Bereitschaft und Interesse an Fort- und Weiterbildungen mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
