Was erwartet dich?
- Du suchst proaktiv nach Tech-Talenten und sprichst sie direkt über verschiedene Kanäle und Veranstaltungen in Präsenz und virtuell an (z.B. LinkedIn, Karrieremessen)
- Du screenst die Profile und begleitest die Bewerber:innen eng durch Telefoninterviews, persönliche Gespräche und Kennenlerntage für eine optimale Candidate Experience
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Hiring Managern zusammen, um Anforderungen zu identifizieren, erstellst eigenverantwortlich Stellenprofile und legst die Strategie zur erfolgreichen Stellenbesetzung fest
- Du stärkst das Employer Branding, indem du im Team mit deinen Kolleg:innen eine starke Arbeitgebermarke aufbaust
- Du überprüfst regelmäßig die Recruitingkanäle und passt sie bedarfsgerecht an, während du stetig deine Erfolgsstrategie überprüfst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Tech-Recruiting oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Du hast ein Gespür für aktuelle Hot Topics und Recruiting-Trends
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zur Tech-Branche und ein gutes Verständnis von technischen Rollen und Anforderungen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Du bringst eine Hands-on Mentalität sowie eine proaktive und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
