Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kommen ursprünglich aus dem Vertrieb oder Kundenservice und werden in einer umfangreichen Einarbeitung in alle wichtigen Themen rund um den 1st-Level-Support eingearbeitet
- Danach bearbeiten und leisten Sie den Support Ihrer meist internationalen internen Kund:innen für Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 bis Business Central (BC)
- Sie übernehmen die Annahme, Klassifizierung und Beantwortung von Anfragen
- Sie unterstützen bei der Analyse, erkennen Benutzerfehler und beraten die Anwender:innen in deren konkreter Anwendung / im konkreten Modul der Software
- Sie führen Workshops und Schulungen für die gängigen Module durch und sichern die Qualität Ihrer Arbeit mittels Systemdokumentationen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium aus dem Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung aus dem Vertriebsinnendienst oder Kundenservice und kennen sich daher gut in den Prozessen Verkauf, Einkauf, Lager etc. aus
- Sie haben bereits mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV2013 / Business Central (BC) gearbeitet
- Sie sind teamfähig, freundlich, geduldig sowie strukturiert und arbeiten eigenständig
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, eine weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
- Sie sind bereit zu reisen (ca. 1-2 x im Jahr)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
