Sachbearbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)
Als Sachbearbeiter/in im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die tägliche Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen. Du überprüfst die Richtigkeit von Mengen, Preisen, Liefer- und Rechnungsadressen sowie Auftragsnummern, um eine reibungslose Abwicklung sicherzustellen. Zudem erstellst du Rechnungen, Gutschriften, Lieferscheine und Auftragsbestätigungen.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit ist die rechtzeitige Meldung des Materialbedarfs zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Lagerhaltung. Durch deine sorgfältige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise trägst du maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust die dir zugeteilten Gebiete, koordinierst und steuerst die Auftragsabwicklung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft
- Du erstellst selbstständig Angebote, übernimmst deren Nachverfolgung und kümmerst dich um die telefonische oder schriftliche Akquise neuer Kunden sowie die Erweiterung der Produktpalette bei Bestandskunden
- Du bist bereit, in geringem Umfang Außendienstaufgaben zu übernehmen, beispielsweise durch die Teilnahme an Messen und Hausmessen oder die Begleitung bei wichtigen Kundenbesuchen
- Zudem wirkst du bei der Führung der Telefonzentrale mit und übernimmst den Telefondienst nach Absprache

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise als Vertriebsinnendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d)
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift
