Als Division Head Strategy & Creation (m/w/d) entwickelst du zukunftsweisende Strategien, optimierst interne Prozesse und steuerst die Entwicklung innovativer Lernlösungen für unsere Kunden. Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichsleitungen von Learning & Development, Digital Solutions und Operations zusammen, schaffst effiziente Strukturen und erschließt neue Marktpotenziale.
Mit strategischem Weitblick analysierst du bestehende Prozesse, integrierst neue Technologien und optimierst Abläufe, um unser Learning-Portfolio kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Teams und externen Partnern berätst du auf höchster Ebene und treibst die Transformation unseres Learning-Bereichs voran.

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position mit Fokus auf Corporate Learning, Business Strategien oder digitale Transformation
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Optimierung von Unternehmensprozessen und der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Lernlösungen für Kunden
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis für moderne Lerntechnologien, Plattformen und didaktische Ansätze
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Stakeholdern

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
