Als IT-Systemadministrator unterstützen Sie die IT-Infrastruktur der CHT-Gruppe. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft, beheben Störungen und stehen den Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Außerdem sind Sie in vielfältige und spannende IT-Projekte involviert und fungieren als Innovationstreiber.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie administrieren, betreuen und entwickeln unsere IT-Systemlandschaft (Windows/Linux-Server, Netzwerke, Cloud-Dienste)
- Sie analysieren und beheben Störungen im 1st/2nd Level User- und IT-System Support
- Sie installieren, konfigurieren und warten Hardware, Software und Peripheriegeräte
- Sie arbeiten bei der Administration unserer Virtualisierungs-, Cloud- und Backup-Infrastruktur mit
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Dokumentationen und schulen Mitarbeitende
- Sie arbeiten eng mit internationalen Kolleg:innen und externen Dienstleistern zusammen und treiben Innovationen bei IT-Projekten voran, z. B. Einführung neuer Technologien oder Optimierung bestehender Systeme

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in der System- und Netzwerkadministration sowie der aktuellen Hardwaretechnologie
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind offen, kommunikativ und teamfähig
- Sie haben eine selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, haben Spaß am Kundenkontakt und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick runden Ihr Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
