In Deiner Rolle im Bereich der Disposition im Straßengütertransport bist Du ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Unternehmens, da Du die Planung und Koordination von rund 40 LKWs übernimmst. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und LKW-Fahrern sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Transporte, indem Du Ladungen disponierst, Touren planst und die Kommunikation steuerst. Mit Deinem Einsatz im Auftragserfassungs- und Auftragsübermittlungssystem sowie durch Deine Bereitschaft, bei Fahrerproblemen telefonisch zur Verfügung zu stehen, trägst Du maßgeblich zur Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verstärkst unser Team im Bereich der Disposition im Straßengütertransport und bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Koordination von durchschnittlich etwa 40 LKWs
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen den Kunden und den LKW-Fahrern, die die Ladung abholen und ausliefern
- Du disponierst die Ladung, die von Kunden übermittelt wird, planst Touren und kommunizierst mit den Kunden und Fahrern
- Du unterstützt das Team durch ein professionelles Auftragserfassungs- und Auftragsübermittlungssystem
- Du bist in wechselnder telefonischer Rufbereitschaft, um Probleme mit Fahrern zu klären

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition- und Lagerlogistik mit Dispositionserfahrung
- Du hast zusätzlich mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Disposition eines Straßentransportunternehmens
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Kunden und Fahrern zu interagieren
- Du bringst eine hohe organisatorische Kompetenz mit, um komplexe Dispositionsaufgaben effizient zu bewältigen
- Du beherrschst sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
