Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust eine kleine Betonmischanlage mit einem Team von 2-3 Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Du bist für die qualitätsgerechte Produktion des Betons und die termingerechte Auslieferung an unsere Kund:innen verantwortlich
- Du bedienst und steuerst eigenständig eine unserer Betonmischanlagen
- Du führst die Qualitätskontrolle sowie die Produktüberwachung durch, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Standards eingehalten werden
- Du übernimmst die Durchführung und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an der Mischanlage
- Du kümmerst dich um die technische Instandhaltung und Pflege der Transportbetonanlage

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf oder im Bauhauptgewerbe abgeschlossen, z. B. als Schlosser:in, Elektriker:in, Anlagenführer:in, Betonbauer:in, Mechaniker:in, Maurer:in oder in einem ähnlichen Beruf
- Du bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Transportbeton mit
- Du handelst lösungsorientiert, selbstständig und flexibel
- Du bist belastbar, kontaktfreudig und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du bist auch als motivierte:r und zuverlässige:r Quereinsteiger:in mit Berufserfahrung herzlich willkommen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
